Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using any app or service developed by Abd Alrahman El-Hamaoui (referred to as "I", "me", or "the developer"), including Quran App, QuickScanQR, Email AI, and this portfolio website, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use these apps or services.

You may use my apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the apps
• Use the apps for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any backend systems
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the apps without written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or interact with any web services

All content, code, designs, and assets within my apps and this website are owned by me unless otherwise stated. Third-party libraries and assets used are subject to their respective licences.

The Quran text and related Islamic content displayed in the Quran App is sourced from publicly available datasets and is used respectfully and without modification.

Some apps may offer optional in-app purchases or premium features through Google Play Billing. All purchases are subject to Google Play's terms of service. Refunds are handled through Google Play's refund policy. I do not process payments directly.

My apps may integrate with third-party services such as Gmail, Firebase, and Google Play. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. I am not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

My apps and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. Use them at your own risk.

The Quran App is provided as a reading and reference tool. I make no claim of religious authority and encourage users to verify content with established scholarly sources.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of my apps or services, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or service interruption.

I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any app or service at any time without notice. I may push updates that change functionality, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of my apps shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Linz, Austria.
