This site presents my background, experience and selected software projects. Project pages describe past or current work; they are not an offer to sell software, provide consulting or enter a paid contract, and a project may no longer be available, maintained or licensed in a particular way. If we sign a separate written agreement, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.

The text, design and graphics on this site are protected, and the rights stay with me or the respective rights holders. Third-party names, logos and screenshots are shown for identification only and don’t grant any licence.

You may view the site and make the temporary copies your browser needs. Republishing, adapting, selling or presenting material from this site as your own needs my permission, unless a specific licence or the law allows it. Linking to the site is welcome, as long as the link isn’t misleading and doesn’t suggest an endorsement.

Please use the site lawfully and don’t interfere with its availability or security — for example by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, bypassing technical protections or sending excessive automated requests. Anything the law expressly permits stays permitted.

Project descriptions, statuses and figures are general information and may be out of date; they are not professional, legal, financial or security advice. Links lead to third-party platforms such as Google Play, the Apple App Store, GitHub, LinkedIn and individual project websites, whose providers are responsible for their own content, availability, privacy practices and terms.

I may change, suspend or take down the site at any time and don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. As far as the law allows, I’m not liable for losses caused by outdated or incomplete information, interruptions outside my control, or third-party websites. Liability that can’t legally be excluded — including mandatory consumer rights — is not affected.

How personal data is handled is described in the privacy notice. Austrian law applies where a choice of law is permitted; mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights you have as a visitor remain unaffected.
